Refund policy
Draft updated
If you buy Cast+ through the App Store, Apple handles the payment and refund request.
EU launch draft — not yet in force. These pages include proposed procedures and identify details and controls that we must confirm before publication.
Requesting a refund
Sign in to Apple's Report a Problem service with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Choose the refund option, give a reason, and select the Cast purchase.
Apple reviews the request. Eligibility varies by country and circumstances, and we cannot promise approval or a payment date. See Apple's refund instructions for pending charges, missing receipts and further help.
Cancelling renewal
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cast, then choose Cancel Subscription. You can also open Manage Cast+ in the app. Follow Apple's cancellation guide if you cannot find the subscription.
Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund. Deleting Cast or your Cast account does not cancel the subscription. Check the store's confirmation for the date your access ends.
Missing access and test purchases
If you paid but cannot use Cast+, sign in to the Cast account you used to subscribe and choose Restore purchases on the Cast+ screen. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
A simulated test purchase has no real charge to refund. If a receipt or bank statement shows a real charge, use the refund process for the store named on that receipt.
Your rights
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including any right to withdraw from a purchase, receive a refund or obtain a remedy for a faulty digital service. Routing a payment request through Apple does not remove any duty Cast owes you. If Apple's process does not resolve a problem with Cast, contact us.
